Work never stops

I’ve been working my ass off for a little while now and organizing my companies so I am able to achieve the goal of releasing not just my projects but projects from other creators as well. And yes, I said companies plural. While my main focus is my scripts and productions through Never Enough Productions, I also have other production companies and a studio/distribution company that I started many years ago that I recently started back up.

Back in the late 90s, I created a company called BIG CON Studios. The logo was sick and it takes from the whole convict vibe, but it faced several hurdles as you could imagine. Though it’s not widely advertised, it is an acronym for Believing In Goals Creating Our Next. We sometimes change the C and O to mean other things, but this is the company’s core.

Now, for some reason, some people found this company, which I closed down about 8 years ago or so, because my intentions pulled me in other directions as something nefarious. I am not here to explain myself or my company to anyone other than those that need to know. I will say I have never and will never take advantage of anyone in any way, as it’s happened to me one too many times in my life. I know the feeling; it’s not a good one, and I don’t want that energy on my soul.

Have I messed up? Oh, fuck yeah. Will I again? I’m sure. But I always learn from it and apply that while moving forward. BIG CON is now back open and I am also the Chief Operating Officer of another studio and owner/founder/executive producer of a few different production companies. One of those is an homage to a name I was called in a group chat that I find extremely amusing because I’m weird like that.

While I am just getting started with my goals, I am doing things differently than those in the past. This can come off as strange or even unprofessional to those in the industry, but I’m working to change how a lot of things are done. I want my cast and crew to be part of something big, and I want everyone to walk away feeling good about the work they did. I keep my crew small and do a large amount of the work because I enjoy it, not because of anything else. I have no ego other than my stubborn Irish nature.

I will not fail. I will do something that’s never been done before, and I will change the game. Just wait, you’ll see. So to those watching and praying I fail, keep watching because what is about to come, you’re going to love!!! Hard work, quiet moves, always win out. To the haters, keep hating, I love it!

As always, if you want the work, we’ve got it, so reach out if you want to be part of what we’re building. It’s gonna be fun!!!
